How to easily & effectively encourage others

It would be great for me to upload my first video in YouTube doing something related to fitness & mental health, lots of space to improve, not perfect, but I have to accept, admit it and try to improve every single time.

The 9 MIN cardio full body workout is definitely suitable to all levels, what you need to realize is to follow your pace and understand your current stage. 45 sec per movement is an option, you may go for 15 sec, 30 sec each movement. Certainly, no need to compare to others, do your best.

Nowadays, criticism and comparison are all over the place, as a person in a competitive place, I truly understand encouraging others sometimes is not easy to do. But we have to understand that simply saying positive words to others indeed is beneficial to our mental health, by saying a sentence like “you are great”, “you can do it” does motivate others and makes others happy, but yourself as well because you are having a positive mindset. You may be an introvert and never say anything like this to others, texting would be a good choice.

Three levels I believe you may have a look when saying positive words to encourage others. Let’s make a move.

  1. Level 1: be simple: encouraging others is not complicated, simply like “add oil”, “good job” would be great.
  2. Level 2: be sincere: It is more advanced than level 1 with using your eyes contact, gesture, chosen words, etc.
  3. Level 3: be personal: this is the one when people feel respected, unique encouragement based on specific situation.
