How to Find your own answers

Talking about WHY. I believe It is truly important to most people, although I, as a employee, finish my work without knowing so many WHY. Certainly, I know it is for money, I need to make a living. However, for the long term, I know it doesn’t go right for me because I need to have a meaningful life, having a full time job and finding your own goal is not easy I understand. What you need to do is to understand what you are doing and find a way to tackle your issues.

Here is the question, how do you find your why. Actually, it is pretty simple as long as you try it. Here is some of my methods.

  1. Write it down (It sounds stupid, it works because writing makes your thoughts solid, but you have to give it a try for your goals.)
  2. Meditation (How? Find a place you feel comfortable with, close your eyes, think, feel, listen everything anything around you, you will know more yourself.)
  3. Exercise (Exercise is tough, I know it. But experiencing struggles, pain, difficulties is good things, you will find greatness and explore more answers after that.)

Of course, there are many ways out there helping you to find your answers. Again, you do not need to do it every day, 2 days 20 minutes per week could be a starting point for you. Remember, consistency > Intensity.
