Good to have you here! My name is Owen and I am the founder of heroletics. 

I have been playing types of sports (Soccer, badminton, table tennis, etc) for over 10 years and educating types of sport (soccer, table tennis, fitness) in social work field for about 5 years. In recent years, I am into Calisthenics (i.e. bodyweight training) and started to build up a fitness app – Heroletics to provide physical and psychological trainings. With the app, we tend to motivate you to do workout via game setting, and help every type of people to start workouts quickly and effectively through individualized programs. We believe our application could be the powerful tool to your healthy life.
